Adjective & Determiner

Assalamualaikum... berjumpa lagi dengan saya guys... kali ini kita akan membahas apa itu Adjective and Determiner.. let's study guys 😉 Definition of Adjective An adjective modifies a noun or a pronoun. To modify means “to describe” or “to make more definite” Example of adjective : Big, small, beautiful, expensive, cheap, quick, green, loud, fat, thin, etc. Example in sentence : -           She has big blue eyes. -           He has new girlfriend -           The old lady was talking in a quiet voice. Types of Adjective 1.       Opinion Nice, pretty, diligent, stupid, expencive, etc. e.g : A handsome boy 2.       Size Large, small, slim, little, fat, thin, etc. e.g : My sister is skinny 3.       Age Young, old, new, antique, ancient, etc. e.g : An new car 4.       Shape Round, square, straight, triangle, flat, etc. E.g : she has straight hair 5.       Color Blue, black, pink, white, red, yellow, green, etc e.g : I have red car 6.

Almost every sentence requires a verb. The form of a verb is known as its infinitve. The forms call, love, break, and go are all infinitives. The types of the verb :  1. Main verb   Main verb is the head of a verb phrase in a sentence or a clause.   E.g :   - Prilly is going to the mall   - Alliando has created a poem  2. Auxilliary verb   Auxilliary verb is a verb for helping a main verb and cannot stand alone.  - Primary auxilliary verb : to be, do, have, etc.  - Modality : may, can, should, etc.  - Emphasize : do, does.  3. Linking verb  Linking verb connect the subject with the word that gives information about the subject. (smell, taste, look, seems, etc).  e.g : Rahma seems beauty than her

Hi guys... welcome back to my blog. Okay in this part i will explain about Noun and Pronoun. Let's study guys... Noun and Pronoun Nouns and pronouns are important parts of a language. Nouns are the objects or people of a sentence. Pronouns stand in for nouns when we want to avoid using the name of the object or person again in the sentence. A. What is noun ?? Noun is a word used to name a person, animal, place, thing, and abstract idea. Nouns can function in a sentence as a subject, an object or object of a preporsition.  For example : Girl, Book, Education, love, etc. The functions of noun 1. Noun act as subject 2. Noun act as object 3. Nouns are described by adjective 4. Noun as a direct object 5. Noun as an indirect object 6. Noun as an adverb B. Kinds of noun 1. Abstract Noun   Abstract nouns are words that refer to entities that we cannot feel with our five sense. E.g : love, trust, and knowledge. 2. Concrete Noun

Word Formation Processes

Hello guys.. Did you know, what is that Word Formation ?? Word formation is the process or result of forming new words, which derived from words or group of words with same root. Word formation process is also called an etymology , that is the study of study of the origin of the word. It deals with the ways in which word can enter a language. Type of Word Formation : 1.  ACRONYMS     => Words derived from the initials of several words. They are pronounced as new single words.         Examples :     Words derived from the initials of several words.     Example :         - UNICEF ( United Nations International Scientific and Cultural Organization ).         - NATO ( North Atlantic Treaty Organization ).     Pronounce as a word, contain non initial latters.          - Radar ( radio detection and ranging )         - Scuba (self-contained underwater breathing apparatus)     Psedo-acronyms are used when pronounce as intented          - LOL (Laughing out load)         - L
